Happy Mother's Day
This entry goes out to all the women in my life who I have been blessed to have act as mothers to me. To those who persevered with my faltering steps, showed patience when I fell and who, more than anything else, believed in me and saw my potential.
It also goes out to all those women who (perhaps in the lack of available alternatives!!) have given me the priviledge of speaking into their lives and in some small way allowing me to be a mother to them. Thank you.
And finally it goes out to all those wonderful, intelligent, accomplished and awe inspiring women with whom I am currently walking this path.
You may not all be mothers but I think today is a good day to celebrate more than just bearing a child.
